LSOH meeting 12:

The day before the production.
To start off this meeting, we began by checking through the production folder together to make sure we had everything we needed in there, including face charts, makeup designs, actors headshots and skin consultation sheets. It was important we had all of this in there as it was important we knew what makeup we were doing, how we would be applying it to the actors face and which products we needed to check for and organise.
This showed good organisation skills as we were checking beforehand to make sure we had everything ready for the production nights.
We then took some time to work in the LRC to polish up our blogs for a little while and add in anything we may have missed; this could include: adding in any missing images and any information on what we had discussed/decided on during previous meetings. It is important to keep track of all of this as it helps us keep track of what we have all worked on throughout the production and if there is anything left to complete.
We then all regrouped back in the makeup room at a set time and began sorting out all of our kits, making sure we had everything we needed as well as gathering any materials from the college that we needed. This included: hairspray, glitter, hair donuts, hair grips, hair straighteners, hair curlers, combs and flowers for Audrey Two’s hair.
This showed good time management skills, good communication skills and good organisation skills as we were all back to the room at a time that we had decided on and checked up on everyone to make sure everything was ready to go.
